Yogurt with red currants and lemon



INGREDIENTS ::

NUMBER OF GUESTS: 1 
1 pot natural yoghurt 
200g redcurrants 
1 lemon 
fake powder sugar 
false liquid sugar 

PREPARATION ::

PREPARATION: 15 MINUTES COOKING: 0 MIN 
Take currants cluster, remove the stalks and rinse them. 
Put them in a small container. 
Wash the lemon, cut it in half, squeeze in a small bowl to collect the juice. 
Sprinkle currants with this lemon juice and mix well. 
Cover with 3 tbsp. soup fake sugar. 
Cover it with a protective film. 
Keep preferably overnight without refrigeration. 
The day before serving, divide the yogurt pot in two. 
Put ½ c. Coffee fake liquid sugar equivalent to half a cup of yoghurt. 
Make your preparation in pots service alternating currant and yogurt. 
Complete the assembly with a dash of yogurt and 1 gooseberry. 
You can also make this recipe with cottage cheese instead of yogurt.
