Cannelloni with stuffing lightened




INGREDIENTS :

12 cannelloni 
300 g of minced beef 5% 
8 servings of low-fat cheese melted

1 jar of sauce from tomatoes

PREPARATION

15 MINUTES COOKING TIME: 30 MIN 
Preheat oven to 200 ° C (gas mark 6, 7). 
Brown the ground beef in a nonstick frying pan into the fire.

Place the portions of cheese in a bowl and mix with chipmunks. 
Add the meat. Salt and pepper. Mix again. 
Pour the tomato sauce in a pan to fire.
