Glasses frozen yogurt with raspberries and almonds 
weight loss recipes

Ingredients for 4 people: 

600 g raspberries 
4 natural yoghurt stirred at 0% fat 
2 cm vanilla bean 
40 g flaked almonds 
4 c. to c. powder sweetener. 


Have well spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper almonds. Get the grill door open by continuously monitoring and mixing occasionally. 
Using the tip of a knife, split and scrape vanilla bean. Mix the powder with yoghurt and édulcorez. "weight loss recipes"
Quickly rinse raspberries. Mix with the yogurt and divide into 4 ramekins. 
Place the ramekins in the freezer for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes. 
Finally cover with almonds and enjoy immediately!
