Monkfish tajine with turmeric

Ingredients for 4 people:
600g monkfish
1.2 kg of leeks
200 g of tomato passata canned
2 onions
2 c . to c . turmeric powder
1 tip c . to c . sweet pepper
60 g raisins
4 c . in s . Lightweight cream 15 % fat

Wash the leeks and keep only the most tender parts . Slice them and melt them in a pan without fat with a little water , covered, over low heat . Add water during cooking if necessary.

Meanwhile , peel and slice the onions and let them brown in a nonstick skillet without added fat. Sprinkle turmeric and chilli , let brown a few minutes, stirring , then moisten with tomato pulp .

Add raisins , monkfish cut into pieces, cover and cook about 15 minutes.

Add the cream and cook for 5 minutes.

Arrange the monkfish on a bed of turmeric leeks .
