Ingredients (for 6 people) :
- 5 apples
- 120 g of butter

- 3 eggs

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Cinnamon ( to taste )
- 2 tablespoons rum or Calvados

Preparation of the recipe:

Cut the apples into 4, then into 8 wedges .
Melt 30 g butter 50 g sugar in a pan over medium heat.
Let the caramel is done, watching carefully .
Once done , add the apples and cook for ten minutes.
During these 10 minutes , pour the vanilla sugar , rum, and cinnamon.
Meanwhile , prepare the dough with 50 g of butter, flour , 2 eggs, 80 g sugar , and yeast.
Mix and pour the cream .
Butter a mold , and drop apples with their juices , inside.
Pour the dough and make sure that apples are impregnated with this paste .

Bake once for 25 min at 180 ° C ( gas mark 6 ) .
At the end of the cooking , make a "sauce" with 40 g butter , 1 egg, 50 g sugar , and pour over the cake.
Put in the oven for 15-20 min.

Serve cold .
