Carrot Soup with Coriander

Ingredients (for 6 people):

- 1 onion, thinly sliced 
- 2 tablespoons oil 
- 1 clove of minced garlic 
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander 
- 650 g of chopped carrots 
- 220 g of chopped potatoes 
- 1 liter 1/4 of vegetable 
- Peel 1/2 chopped orange 
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander 
- Salt and pepper 

Preparation of the recipe: 

Saute onion in oil in a pan covered until it is barely golden (approximately 10 min). 
Add garlic and ground coriander. Add carrots and potatoes and mix well. Pour in the broth, salt and pepper crust (to taste) and simmer 25 min. 

Blend the soup by adding fresh coriander.
