Chocolate cake


INGREDIENTS

To make the cake:
1 1/ 2 tablets of chocolate , finely chopped
7 tablet milk chocolate (30 g ) finely chopped
200 grams of butter
3 egg yolks
4 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 cups self-rising flour

To make the chocolate covered
1 1/ 2 tablets of chocolate
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons cold butter

PREPARATION

CAKE

Preheat oven to 350 ยบ F. Enmantequilla and flour a cake pan .
Place chocolate bars with the melted butter in a bowl in a double boiler . Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Besides , beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla. Attach them to the mixture .
Incorporates whole eggs to the mixture and finally add the flour by hand , so surround .
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean .
Wait to cool slightly to unmold .
Cover chocolate

Dissolve the chocolate with evaporated milk.
Add condensed milk and cook until thickened.
Remove from heat and add the cold butter , stirring until completely dissolved .
Decorate the cake to your liking
