- 500 grams of ricotta cream 
- 2 egg whites 
- 3 tablespoons granulated sweetener suitable for cooking 
- 1 teaspoon vanilla 
- 1/2 cup skim milk 
- 3 boiled apples into wedges 
- Cinnamon (optional) 
- Jam light, the one you like (optional) 


- Peel and cut apples into wedges. 
- Boil the apple wedges until they are cooked. 
- Beat the egg whites. 
- In a bowl, place the ricotta, sweetener, vanilla and milk, mix well. 
- Incorporate outflanking clear snow.

- Grease a baking dish. 
- Place the slices of boiled apples.
