 ingredients :

- 500 g flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 200 grams of butter
- 200 grams of sugar
- 3 eggs
- Lemon zest
- 1 kilo of fresh milk
- Coconut lined c / n ( optional)


How to prepare it: 

- Sift flour with baking powder.
- Form a crown in the center and place the butter .
- Go softened butter with a fork until it is creamy. Ideally, the butter is at room work to make it easier temperature.
- Add the sugar slowly while mixing goes .
- Add eggs one at a time , mixing the best that can be incorporated after each.
- Integrate slowly all the flour with a fork and finally hands .
- No need to knead the dough , because the dough is not what it should convey warmth.
- Integrate everything to a smooth and soft dough.
- Wrap the dough in plastic or nylon bag clean .
- Bring the dough to the refrigerator about 20 minutes approx.
- Grease and flour a baking pan .
- This amount of mass we can make a mold of 36cm x 25cm approx. or two molds of 24cm in diameter.
- Turn on the oven to warm it up to medium.
- Remove a portion of the dough strips above and therest mass stretch it , trying to take it with a rolling pin to form the mold that we will use .
- Bring the dough to mold accommodate the edges.
- Add the caramel and spread evenly.
- Roll out the remaining dough and cut strips about 1cm .
- Place strips of dough to one side to the other strips , so we set up the trellis.
- Bring the pasta frola preheated oven.
- The frola dough will be ready in about 45 minutes or so .
- Remove the dough from the oven frola .
- If you wish sprinkle with shredded coconut .
- Leave to cool and prompt the frola sweet pulp .

Tips:
- For the easiest thing when we put the dough into the mold is made, we can do is roll it on the rolling pin , this way we do not run the risk of breaking or deforming mass .
