Ingredients
- 2 mangoes, cut in chunks and frozen
- 1 large Banana sliced and frozen
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 tbsp honey (extra if mangoes are not very sweet)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- Reserve few mango chunks for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender mix together all the ingredients and blend on high.
- Garnish with mango chunks and serve immediately.
- To make a layered smoothie, blend half the ingredients with frozen mango cubes and the remaining half with frozen banana.
- Pour each mixture alternately into layers in each glass to create layers.
