2 c . to tab (30 ml ) olive oil6 French shallots, finely chopped1 c . to tab ( 15 mL) chopped fresh thyme3 c . to tab (45 mL) light mayonnaise2 c . to tab (30 mL) Dijon mustard4 croissants , halved2 packs of Sliced ham with maple and pink pepper Olymel (175 g each)10 oz ( 300 g) sliced brie cheese4 leaves of lettucesalt and pepper
1. In a skillet, heat oil over medium-low heat . Add shallots and cook, stirring , 10 to 12 minutes. Add thyme , salt and pepper , if desired. Reduce heat and cook, stirring, for 3 minutes. Book .
2 . In a bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spreads of this rising mixture . Divide ham, cheese, shallots confit reserved and lettuce in the croissants.
