Chicken à la Grands recipes italian
1 (10.2-oz.) can (5 biscuits) Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits
1 (9-oz.) pkg. frozen diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1 (10 1/2-oz.) can condensed chicken broth
1 1/4 cups milk
1 cup Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen sweet peas
1 (4-oz.) can Green Giant® Mushroom Pieces and Stems, drained
1 (2-oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Bake biscuits as directed on can.
Meanwhile, place chicken on microwave-safe plate. Microwave on HIGH for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until thawed. Melt margarine in large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add flour; stir until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thickened.
Add chicken and all remaining ingredients; mix well. Simmer 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Split warm biscuits; place bottom half of each on individual serving plate. Spoon hot chicken mixture over each biscuit half. Place top biscuit halves over chicken mixture.
