INGREDIENTS:

1¼ cups general-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons dark sugarless  chocolate
11 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely sliced
1 cup (8 ounces) unseasoned butter, turn over 1-inch items

1½ cups refined sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
5 eggs, at temperature

DIRECTIONS:
