Cake from Brazil to Coconut


Ingredients (8 people): 
cake recipes
250g margarine or softened butter, 
240g brown sugar or (sugar) 
1/2 lemon zest, 
1 pinch of salt 
6 whole eggs, 
50g ground almond without skin 
1 C.C powder to lift, 
250g grated coconut 

preparation:

Preheat oven to 180 
Remove the butter in advance and then work ointment, add brown sugar lemon zest, salt, mix well in mixer add the eggs one after the other and continue beating until bleaching put almond powder baking mix incorporate the grated coconut mix well. 
Put the dough in a loaf pan with baking paper line put in the oven on the lower rack 180 55-60mn
