(Sizes 1/8 Cheesecake lot) 


2 1/2 to 3 cups of Cinnamon Toast Crunch 
1 can chickpeas 
2 T PB2 (4 U of the part powder. Mix with water) 
1 -2 T Honey 
Middle T Molasses 
1/4 C Stevia (or to taste) 
2 T cinnamon (I used more ... but I'm a little obsessed with cinnamon)

600g Fat Free Cottage Cheese (If I had to do this now, I would use the total fat. But when this recipe, which was created with Fat Free. Their choice.) 
1/2 cup plain Chobani 
3 egg whites 
1/2 T Honey 
Middle T Molasses 
1/2 T maple syrup 
3 T stevia (or to taste) 
Cinnamon (to taste) 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 

Grease a 9 "cake with a removable bottom. 

Pour the can of chickpeas in a blender and blend until there are no more lumps. After that, add the rest of the dough ingredients and pulse until it begins to form a dough. You will need to scrape the sides of the blender a few times. Roll the dough into a ball and flatten on the counter, and spread into the bottom of the pan and about 2 "from the sides. 

For the filling, pour the Chobani and curd in a blender and blend until the mixture is completely smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and pulse list. Pour filling over crust. And bake for 45 minutes!
