1 sleeve RITZ insane (34 crackers), crushed
6 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 massive limes, divided
1 will  (14 oz.) sweet milk
2 pkg.  (8 oz. each) brick cheese, softened
1/4 cup recent juice

HEAT kitchen appliance to 350ºF. combine crumb and butter; press onto bottom and up facet of 9-inch pie plate. Bake ten min. or till golden brown. take away from oven; let stand five min.
MEANWHILE,  zest one of the limes; put aside. Cut zested lime in half; squeeze juice from lime halves. Beat cheese and milk with mixer till amalgamated. Add juice and lemon juice; combine well. unfold into crust.
CUT  remaining lime into four lengthwise quarters; cut every quarter crosswise into skinny slices. prepare around fringe of pie; sprinkle with zest. Refrigerate one hour or till set.
