Banana Nut Bread Recipe is a classic quick bread recipe that is very easy to make.

This will yield three small loaves that weighs about 225 grams each loaf. This is also a sweeter kind of banana nut bread. Since cake flour is used, this recipe is lighter and moist.
60 grams unsalted butter
60 grams granulated sugar
70 grams brown sugar
1 large egg
180 grams ripe bananas
200 grams cake flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
55 ml buttermilk
65 grams chopped walnuts

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
