Mango Banana Smoothie with Cardamom

  1. 2 mangoes, cut in chunks and frozen
  2. 1 large Banana sliced and frozen
  3. 2 cups cold milk
  4. 2 tbsp honey (extra if mangoes are not very sweet)
  5. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  6. Reserve few mango chunks for garnish
  1. In a blender mix together all the ingredients and blend on high.
  2. Garnish with mango chunks and serve immediately.
  3. To make a layered smoothie, blend half the ingredients with frozen mango cubes and the remaining half with frozen banana.
  4. Pour each mixture alternately into layers in each glass to create layers.
