Apple matcha latte



  • Pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 2 cups original flaxseed milk
  • 2 teaspoons matcha powder
  • 2 slices Granny Smith apple, for garnish

  • Method: 


    Combine flaxseed milk and cider in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Whisk in matcha powder and cinnamon. Blend with an immersion blender or transfer the slightly cooled mixture to an upright blender and process 10 to 15 seconds or until frothy. Take care when using an upright blender and mix in batches if needed. Pour latte into mugs and garnish with apple slices.
